Why not B guys???
here we r told that "its been argued" ... but then he cites the example of Norway where the tobacco is as prevalent among teenagers as in other countries despite a ban on advertising tobacco ..this means advertising has no effect on Teen-agers's consumption trend..
Though A looks like a very no-risk statement but why's B wrong??

Will go with A........ it si the most reliable conclusion.
B cannot be a reliable conclusion as it assumes that advertising doesnot play any role nothing is mentioned whether advertising has helped teenagers or not.
