well judgement has been passed on OA; the underlying assumption for picking C seems the population growth was assumed though not stated anywhere.

I'm picking E which inclines towards weight gain in kids with no impact due to population change.

E is definitly wrong. This is a broad generalisation for the obesity of children in NA. Moreover, there are no indicators for obesity incidence as the children become older.

Remember, in a CONCLUSION question, avoid broad generalisation and all those choices having NEW INFO are always INCORRECT.

it should be C because if the number of obese children, which is above 85% of non-obese children, are steadily increasing means the number of non-obese children are increasig too otherwise the ratio of 85:15 would have changed.
