What is the source of this question?

D should not be the answer, because of multiple reasons:

1. There is no confusion about obesity (as suggested in D), but about a particular aspect of obesity (classification)

2. if should almost always be used on GMAT only for straight conditionals (example: if it rains, I will take an umbrella). This sentence is not a conditional and hence, whether is more suited.

3. It is not clear with more modifies in D. In the original sentence, more is clearly modifying related, and there is no reason why this should change.

As usual doubtful questions use to come from SC-1000 series. I have got this from the forum given below and I seriously doubt the answers of these questions. I have tried to bring to the notice of the people but most of the people told that these are great question. I am sure that these questions are filled with error. I have got many dubious answers in this series but I can't post all of them because I can't copy them. Till now I have pasted 3 out of 35 that I have gone throuh and there was a general concensus that OA was wrong.

I don't agree with C. A looks better.
Can some instructor look into the issue?
