B none doesn't sound good. None could also mean "no part" refering to non count noun. Since people are countable, I don't think none could be used here.

D No person doesn't sound appropriate here

in A indefinate pronoun one, correctly refers to an individual in anticendent noun People.

Dispute their, not dispute to their, so E is out. 
not a one is wrong. C is out.
no person is out as well.just doesn't sound right.

None and no one are both perfectly fine. no one --> nobody, none --> nobody. Both mean the same thing. Their grammatical structure is also the same. Under such circumstances where both sentence are grammatically correct, we go for the more concise one. In this case, its (B).

Note: Something I read, GMAT demands concision, clarity, and correctness.
