A is awakward; E changes the meaning. B and D have ' them', which is ambiguous

Thanks for correcting me.. It's my mystake.
'prohibiting x to do y' -- not correct idiom.. prohibiting x from doing Y is correct idiom.
Also in (C) its not in the " to do" form.
Forbid X to do Y is correct idiom.
Still agree with C..
prohibiting X .. --> (X= disclousre of .....)which is ok.
I will go with E for the following reason.
Adverbial clause starting with "prohibiting" in options A, B and C coveys that it is the requirement to sign NDA and not NDA itself that prohibits....
Option D is wrong for S-V agreement.
E is clear in meaning.

I happened to have that question on the GMAT practice test and the correct answer they give is C.
