I do thing that "Speaking from experience" is modifier that require the direct subject "I" after the comma, close to the related modifier.

Among B,C,E I pick E because it is clear and unambiguos.

Word order in A is awkward.
B changes the meaning. C implies business partners themselves are alluring.
D is wordy and confuses the subject of the preceding dependent clause

E is correct. Speaking of my experience is a dependent clause and modifies "I". Choice E does not change the meaning.
