A) Standard Deviation has a positive correlation with Range. As Canada has highest range, IMO Ans should be Canada.

B) Year 2000: Total Power Production of (approx)
Sweden: 15
Netherlands: 1

Eqn: 15 = x% * 1
So, X = 1500

About the first question, the answer seems to be Canada because the range is highest, but can we judge the standard deviation just by guessing the range?

1. Canada...Comparing Canada and Netherlands ..graph for Canada starts to "rise" before Netherlands and ends almost similarly with more waves..so SD should be higher.
2. Sweden(in 2000)/Total Netherlands = 15/16 = 1 ...100%
