Hi Everyone,

I thought i would post a first reply to this topic..so here goes..

I am thinking about applying to the part time weekend program starting in may 2015 at Ross.

I was wondering if there are others out there interested in this program, it would be nice to connect.

I have written my gmat and currently writing essays...

Ross grads (especially part time), please help out an aspirant with your wise experience (anything and everything)..

Hello

I am interested in the May 2015 Intake as well for the weekend MBA program. Yeah it would be good to connect with the Alumni of Ross who are or have been in the weekend program.

Hello all! I'm also applying to the Weekend MBA program starting in May 2015. I'm almost done with my application.

For the letter of recommendation, do they ask for an essay or a series of questions? I want to prep my manager to give him the best heads up.

Nevermind. I figured it out in the main Ross thread. The two questions are likely:

1. How do the candidate's performance, potential or personal qualities compare to those of other 
well-qualified individuals in similar roles? Please provide specific examples. (300 words)

2. Please describe the most important piece of constructive feedback you have given the
applicant. Please detail the circumstances and the applicant's response. (250 words)

Hello,

Congratulations to those who got an interview! I also received some good news today that I was accepted into the weekend MBA program - May 2015.

The interview was with the Managing Director of Part Time programs.

It was scheduled for 30 min and we stopped 2 minutes short.

She asked me the usual questions of Why Ross, Why MBA, Why now, What will you contribute to the ross class, conflict of interest, leading teams and single word that qualifies your positive and not positive attributes, and last 2 questions from me.

It was very conversational and she made the experience feel comfortable.

Don't sweat the interview process- it was very conversational. Think typical behavioral questions, why MBA, why now, why Ross, team work situations. You'll be fine!

I was a little nervous for the interview but there was some great advice listed above by choo and mkballer. The interview went great and was very conversational.

I am glad to inform that I have been accepted for the weekend MBA 2017 program as well. Like MK Baller mentioned, the interview was quite casual and similar sort of question pack was asked to me as well.

Took me 3 weeks, assuming you already have your letter of req bundled with your application.

I figured out that the early May "Leadership Program" is orientation.
