What are your career goals and where do you want to work? Which Insead campus - does it bother you to be in either one?
Insead is a much bigger brand than ESADE, especially in Asia/ME. Also, it is much widely known in the US. ESADE is (sort of) a regional school. Although I had a cousin who went to ESADE and has now worked in Africa and ME. In addition, the local recruiting at ESADE might be a bit worse (because of the events in EU).
I think it might be better to pass up 23k if you're planning to move out of EU.
