Hi,
How long does the school takes to send an invite or is there is a way possible to know if they have rejected your application.
I had submitted my application on 28th Jan but haven't heard back from them.

Most of the Schools have mentioned there deadlines for results on their website. some which follow rolling system mostly notify candidates in a month's time.
best way to get the info is either visit the application page (schools will update application status there and you will receive email) or contact the Adcom.
I think you can wait a week or two and if you are in hurry then email the Adcom of respective school for information/update.
In case of ASU I think you submitted in R3 because ASU follows deadline system. so you might here from them near the end of feb month.

I submitted on 27 Nov and got the invitation on 15 Dec. So don't worry too much. Good luck!
