According to Urs Peyer, Dean of Degree Programmes at INSEAD, “By engaging talented young people, the MiM will contribute to the INSEAD mission to develop responsible business leaders who transform business and society. Our current master’s programmes are designed for experienced global professionals – from MBAs and participants in our Executive Master’s in Finance to senior executives in our Executive MBA and Executive Master’s in Change. The MiM will make the INSEAD educational offering complete by equipping a new group of post-graduate, pre-experience learners with the most relevant knowledge and skills to succeed in today’s complex world and move it in new and exciting directions.”

INSEAD MiM program features
Advantages of the INSEAD MiM program include:- Study at a top-ranked business school – INSEAD is one of the leading business schools in the world. Their master’s programs are always ranked among the top international programs.

Hey guys, I'm Sanjana Sanjay and right now I live in Bangalore, India.
I have recently been offered admission into the MIM programmes at ESSEC and INSEAD. I'm having a hard time deciding between the two and I was hoping you guys could help me out.
ESSEC's programme has been in existence for a long time and its employment report is excellent. Moreover, it gives me more opportunities to work and undertake internships.
INSEAD has started the MIM programme only this year and therefore there are no employment stats or alumni for me to rely on. However, it has outstanding brand value and is considered the place to go to for consulting.
INSEAD has a one year programme while the ESSEC programme is two years.
Given that I aspire to enter the consulting industry, I'm confused between these schools. Do you guys have any advice or recommendations (ignoring the financial aspect of the studies)?
I would highly welcome and appreciate any input

Imo you should go for the ESSEC program only. The new MIM program at INSEAD would be a very risky proposition. Also why not apply to LBS/ HEC Paris -they have extended their application dates. Also, if you have any scholarship money, that should also be crucial. Feel free to DM.
