I did a little searching around and it seems it has been this way for at least 4-5 years. The comment of cached application seems to confuse quite a few folks but it is "normal" https://gmatclub.com/forum/calling-all- ... l#p2125530 though not very clear what it actually means.... I can make a few guesses but they will be just guesses at that point.
However, the important part is that it is "normal" to see it.
