Usually students straight out of college prefer MiM. Mba has more value with a few years of experience. At the end, it is what you are looking out of the degree which matters.

I think some B-schools have MIM, such as Kellogg MiM (MS in Management Studies) is a program that is now exclusively for graduates of Northwestern University. Graduates of any other university cannot apply. MBA option is open for all candidates.
