I do not wish to give gmat. I read in NIS portal that gmat is not mandatory. Can someone please tell me if they accept students without gmat scores.

Shagunsurana, I am not aware that NUS is allowing the provision to exempt the GMAT score in the ongoing admission cycle. As far as I remember, it was mentioned in a recent NUS webinar that GMAT score, along with other application requirements, has to be submitted by the extended deadline.
MY TEST(S) HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO TEST CENTRE CLOSURES CAUSED BY THE COVID-19 SITUATION. CAN I STILL SUBMIT AN APPLICATION WITHOUT TEST SCORES?
We have extended the application deadline further to 15 July 2020 for both full-time and part-time formats. Your completed application and test scores will have to be submitted by then. Applications will continue to be reviewed on a rolling basis.. This information is given on the NUS website at https://mba.nus.edu.sg/en-SG/admissions/covid-19/.

They don't waive the test requirement .They accept either gre or gmat
