I don't think NUS accepts applications without a valid GMAT score. Still, contact their admissions team to get a clear understanding.

Although GMAT/GRE is not mandatory, a good GMAT/GRE score will strengthen your application. Candidates with good GMAT/GRE scores will be considered favourably for study awards, and also stand a higher chance in getting their preferred placement in CEMS host schools for the double degree programme. Our GMAT institution code for this programme is DRT-MK-19 (MSc in Management). Our GRE institution code for this programme is 4642 – NUS Business School MSc Programmes.

Which program are you applying to? If its the full-time MBA program, then you definitely need a GMAT.

Shagunsurana, to understand the chances of getting an admit without a GMAT/GRE score ask either the admissions office or current or ex-students.

For MiM or CEMS MiM they can give you a GMAT/GRE waiver if you have a good profile.
Past experience or Volunteer work will play a major role if you want the waiver.
