I am selected for USC Marshall IBEAR-1 year Full-time vs UC Davis-2 year Full-time MBA program. I am confused specially because of current Covid situation.
Below are some on my data regarding admission and findings:
1) I have 14+ years of Experience in IT-Software and currently work as Project Manager in an MNC 2) Fall session for both the colleges are happening online unless the situation improves. Considering this, I will have only 8 months at USC Marshall campus but 20 months at UC Davis campus. 3) USC has big Alumni network when compared to UC Davis 4) 1 yr at USC vs 2 yr at UC Davis? 5) Program cost is almost same, but I have to look at the opportunity cost 6) How does the career option unfold post 1yr or 2yr MBA?
I am hoping to have some quick responses from experts at gmatclub to help me decide.
Thanks in advance. Praveen

To be honest there's no way I'd pay that amount for a mostly online MBA experience. If you were in a traditional PT program that's 2-3 years, maybe, but 8 months at marshall for six figures is just throwing money down the drain imo. No idea on davis, not familiar with the program
Not an expert, but I've thought about a similar situation. I think you have to consider why you want to be on-campus. Is it to network? Is it to absorb more of the curriculum? Is it to spend more 1:1 time with the faculty? If networking is a major consideration of yours, then the sheer breadth of USC's network, compared to UCD, should keep the online aspect a viable option.
