There are many benefits to timing your practice, including:
I do not view this as a challenge for Indian B-schools (IIMs and ISB). They look at your overall score. At max, you might face some questions on this in the interview.
I also do not think International schools will treat you differently because of that. Many non-Indian applicants have a similar score split.

I have Q44V47 730 on the GMAT.
Will the low quant score affect my chances at NUS/ NTU/ ISB/IIM A/B/C ?
I have 6 years working in operations at Maruti Suzuki India Limited with good graduation and school scores.
Your Verbal score is really what shines... and potentially makes you a different from quant-heavy engineering applicants, which is a good thing potentially! This helps if you are coming or going into Marketing background or non-quant fields.
The Verbal score will definitely stand out, alternatively, you can retake test if you think you can increase the overal score . Even if your Verbal score were to highlight you, you might want to increase your Overall score since you represent over represented pool of Applicant's.
