I am an Indian passport holder. While applying for LBS application, it asked for First name (as shows in passport). In the Indian passport “surname” appears first. The actual name comes next under “Given name”. Thus I mentioned "Surname" as "First name" in the application. After successfully submitting the application, I got a notification from LBS where they are addressing my full name with surnames only. Something like 'Surname Surname'. Though I added preferred First name as my actual name, I am worried if this will cause any issue in processing my application. Also, In my application at top of my application name showing as the correct full applicant name i.e. (First Name Surname).
What should I do now, Can anyone could give me the advice about the thing? Or will my application be rejected because of this?
I filled up my application in this way:-- First name (As mentioned in the Passport) -- Surname Preferred first name -- First name Surname -- Surname
The Mail received from LBS. I got name as (Surname, Surname). But, when I am seeing the application. Then it is showing (First name , Surname)
Little Panicking! what to do

I would advise the same thing to you that I did in your other posting: contact the AdCom and ask how you can resolve this. Explain this situation to them exactly.
With all the issues in this application I'm wondering if you are better off just seeing if you can cancel the application and resubmit. I'm not sure that's an actual option since I'm not sure what IT can do to amend your profile. I doubt many people on this thread are experts so go right to the horse's mouth for the answer.
Words to the wise, make sure you check all this information before submitting and do it all well in advance of deadlines! It seems like you've had a decent number of problems and I'm sure doing so will save you lots of headache and stress after the fact.
