I like this type of IR question because is not hard 
- that is, if a person keeps track of their work. This is my way of doing the problem:
S=12 (given)
P=50 (start)
as I mentally follow the chart, each time there is a change I add a number to P in order not to forget the value. So,
P(1)=51
P(2)=53
S(1)=11
P(2)=55
P(3)=57
P(4)=59
S(2)=10 (STOP)
And since this is IR, there are parts of the algorithm that are "useless" meaning that they are just there to confuse you.
So the correct answer is P=59
