1) In day 30 the max range is about 14, but take into account that this is the 75% quantile, therefore, the range should have a greater number. So It should be more than 14 and the only answer that checks it is A. You can check the same logic for the lower range of day 120. Therefore, Option A (15 to 8)
2) Just by observing we can see that the higher interquantile difference is in day 90. Option D
3) As the number of days increase, the light output tend to decrease, therefore they have an indirect relationship. Option B

I have a doubt. In part 1 - it says between day 30 and day 120.. It doesn't say inclusive of day 30 and 120.. Any suggestion on how to get clarity with the word "between", both in general and specific to this question?

They usually make it pretty clear whether or not the word is inclusive, but you can almost always assume inclusive unless they say otherwise.
