1. Device X1 - If we compare the features of X1 with those of X2, XS, or XZ, we can see that for each of the device, one or the other feature is greater than that of X1.
Thus answer is No.

2. Device XS - On comparing we can see that device XS is better in features than X2. As all the features of XS are >= X2 and X2's features are less than those of XS.

Answer Is Yes.

3. Device XZ - The features of XZ are not better than any of the devices, as it lags behind in one or the other category when compared to other devices.

Answer Is No.

Rating of devices in descending order:
A. X1 > XS > XZ = X2 = XL
B. XL > XS = X1 > XZ > X2
C. XL > XS = X2 > XZ > X1
D. XS > X2 > XZ > XL = X1
E. XL = XS > X1 = XZ = X2
F. XZ > XS = X1 = XL = X2
G. XL > XS = X1 = XZ = X2
H. X2 = XS > XL > XZ = X1

Devices are dominant when its ahead of any other model constantly.

Device X1: Its ranked at last in few of the features. So it can't be the dominant one. (FALSE)

Device XS: In above table its always ranked ahead of model X2. Hence Device XS is dominant. (TRUE)

Device XZ: Even though Its not ranked as last. But it's competitive devices are in both in dominant phase for the particular feature or succeeding the model XZ. So it can't be the dominant one. (FALSE)

So, X1 : No, XS : Yes, XZ : No.

1. No, The only feature dominant in X1 is of A, other than that the ratings for other features are lower than others.
2. Yes, The ratings for XS dominates XZ and X2 for most of the features.
3. No, XZ has the lowest ratings when compared to other devices.

I'm not able to understand why RO2 is true. In the Official Explanation, XS is compared only with X2. However, comparing XS in particular with XL, XL has the highest ratings in three features (B, C and G) among all devices whereas XS has highest rating in only one feature (D) and has same highest rating as XL for feature E. For features A, F other devices X1 and XZ respectively have the highest ratings. Then how XS is rating-dominant?

I have similar doubt; the answer, plausibly, is the wording of the question:
Quote:
For each of the following devices, select Yes if the device is ratings-dominant over any of the other devices in the table. Otherwise, select No.

"any of the other devices" does not equal to any devices or all devices.

I really didn't understand why the second question is considered true, while the question clearly states that the Device must be compared to all other devices!!
While Device XS is less in the rankings of some features that Device XL!!

Sort the column on the basis of X 1 , XS and XZ for each of the three questions and compare its values with each of the other columns.
For your question , 
Sort the column on XS. See its values are greater than or equal to  all the values of the column X2.  Can you find any value in the column X2 which is greater than a value in XS ? 
Hence XS is rating dominant over X2. Hope it helps.

Can someone please help me out with Q2, as the question stem clearly states that it has to be A device (P) is said to be ratings-dominant over another device (Q) if P matches or exceeds the ratings of Q for every single feature in the table but Q does not match all of the ratings of P.

So, when you do look at the table X1 exceeds XS in A category. So are we looking for most ratings in comparison or are we looking at "every single feature"?

The device must have ratings the same or greater in every category over another device for it to be ratings-dominant. To answer your question, we are looking at every feature because it must have better ratings in every feature.
