how is 1st question's ans is false. its approx 2100000 million euro which is equal to 2100 billion euro . am I something missing or question is having some error?

Feels like there is some error, because in the answer that is posted, the ninth country (which is the median) is Portugal whereas it is Germany on the table.

We are looking for the median debt, which is Portugal and is under 200 billion.

Quote:
Statement 2: Sort on debt in Q2 of 2011. The three nations with the smallest absolute debt in the second quarter of 2011 were Estonia, Malta, and Luxembourg. Re-sort on percent of GDP in Q2 of 2011. The three smallest percentages belonged to Estonia, Luxembourg, and Slovakia.
Therefore it is false because the countries do not match up
