The graph above is a scatter plot with 40 points, each representing the number of words typed in a given time period. The amount of time each individual spent typing is given in minutes. The solid line is the regression line.
Use the drop-down menus to fill in the blanks in each of the following statements based on the information given by the graph.
1. The slope of the regression line is the slope of a line that would pass through points (0,0) and (4, 200).
2. Based on the line of regression, an individual who types for 5.5 minutes should expect to type approximately words than an individual who types for 3 minutes.

1)A,since the slope of regression line is coming to be >65 by two points ~(3.2,210)&(4.9,320),while of slope of line given by the two points in the question is 50 2)D,100% more words since in 3 mins he typed ~190, and in 5.5 mins~ 370. 3)A,They both have direct relationship per the graph
1) If we quickly graph the line that joins both the given points, we can see that it has a lower scope. Option A 2) In 5.5 mins one can type around 380 words and in 3 minutes one can type around 190 words. Therefore there is a 100% increase. Option D 3) As time increase, the amount of word increase. They have a direct relationship. Option A
A 100% increase from 200 words at 3 minutes would mean at 5.5 minutes they have typed 400 words. On the graph it's ~350 words which is why 100% increase is closer than any other answer.

i dont think there is 100 percent increase . for second question . It should be less than 100 percent fewer or 50 percent more
