1)No,since the Rank 1 in terms of exhibit is from France while the Rank 1 in terms of pieces is from US
2)Yes, since the lowest rank in terms of number of exhibits has number = 169 = 0.7*(number for highest rank= 243)
3)No,since few of them have Code strating with B ...***but in the question in terms of rank for number of exhibits , 5th & 19th rank are missing*****
4)No,3 artists are there with value = 200 but that is > 15%

Hi, how are we figuring out the 'same category'? I think we cannot derive this information from the table given. Please correct me if I am wrong.
