This question is a nice example of how, when TESTing VALUES, you can look for 'overlapping' TESTs that fit both Facts at the same time.
We're told that (P)(Q) > 4. We're asked if P is greater than 1. This is a YES/NO question.
Fact 1: 2 < Q < 6
IF....
Q = 5 and (P)(5) > 4....
IF....
P = 1, then the answer to the question is NO
P = 1.1, then the answer to the question is YES
Fact 1 is INSUFFICIENT
Fact 2: 0 < P < 2
Notice how the TESTs that we used in Fact 1 can ALSO be used in Fact 2!
IF....
P = 1, then the answer to the question is NO
P = 1.1, then the answer to the question is YES
Fact 2 is INSUFFICIENT
Combined, we know...
2 < Q < 6
0 < P < 2
But there's no more work required - we already have two TESTs that fit BOTH Facts:
IF....
Q = 5 and (P)(5) > 4....
IF....
P = 1, then the answer to the question is NO
P = 1.1, then the answer to the question is YES
Combined, INSUFFICIENT
