It looks like there is mistake in question or in answer. 
1) We know that  147  residents don't like Wrestling and  \frac{6}{7}  from them dislike boxing and this equal to  126  people. So Like Boxing and dislike Wrestling equal to  21 
Sufficient

2) Total  441  people and a lot of variants possible: variant from 1 statement and for example  7  people don't like Wrestling  6  from them don't like Boxing and  1  like boxing
Insufficient

I think that answer is A.

though statement 2 couldn't define anything to me but still would like to know as I was twisted in the language of the question.

The shown correct answer is D (EACH statement ALONE is sufficient). But I feel that there is something wrong with the question. Please explain its solution.

I don't know how statement 2 can also be sufficient. I encountered this DS problem while I was doing a practice assignement in my Optimus GMAT on Demand Course. I was suprised when I saw that the "correct" answer was D. When I read the solution, it was also unclear. That's why I decided to put the problem in this forum to see other members' opinion. I don't know whether I am missing anything.
