St I : 3n is Integer
For 3n to be an integer,n can be any positive Integer or should be of the form n/3 (eg: 1/3, 2/3, 4/3,....) ----- Insufficient
St II : n < \(n^2\)
for every positive number n,we have n < \(n^2\) except when 0<n<1 (in this case n is not an integer) ----- Insufficient
Hence option E.
