1.8x + 2.7y = 12.6 ==> 18x + 27y = 126 ==> 2x + 3y = 14
St I
x and y are integers
we can have, x=1 and y=4 or x=4 and y=2 -----------Insufficient
St II
y=4
2x + 3y = 14
2x = 14 - 12 = 2
x = 1 -----------Sufficient
Hence option B is correct
