Given: is x < 0:
(1) x+2>0; x=-1, then (-1)+2>0, true. x=10, then (10)+2>0, also true; not suf.
(2) 2x>3x; the only possible solution for this is if x<0; sufficient.
(B) is the answer.

(1) x + 2 > 0 or x > -2
x is greater than -2 but it could lie between -2 and 0 (so negative) or be equal to 0 or greater than 0. Insufficient.
(2) 2x > 3x or 2x-3x > 0 or -x> 0
Multiplying both sides by -1, we get x < 0. Sufficient.
Hence B answer
