If \(x^3*y = 24\), what is the value of \(x^3*y^3 - x^2*y^2\)?
(1) \(x^2*y^2 = 36\).
(2) \(x^3*y^2 = 72\).

1. \(x^3*y = 24\) and \(x^2*y^2 = 36\) if x = +2 and y = +3 or x = -2 and y = -3.
We can find a unique value for the expression \(x^3*y^3 - x^2*y^2\)
whichever value of x and y we use (Sufficient)
2. \(x^3*y^2 = 72\) and \(x^3*y = 24\) if x = +2 and y = +3 or x = -2 and y = -3.
We can find a unique value for the expression \(x^3*y^3 - x^2*y^2\)
whichever value of x and y we use (Sufficient - Option D)

How did you arrive at the x & y values in both cases?
