What is the radius of the circle above with center O?
(1) The ratio of OP to PQ is 3 to 1.
(2) The ratio of AQ to AB is 2 to 1.

In such questions, think if you can make a unique figure
here can we make a unique circle..... NO
we can just zoom this circle and the ratios will remain the same
Also we just have ratios from the two statements, these will not give us a numeric value..

Answer choice E has to be the correct one as both option only provide ratio, no actual length of any line is provided in question, even length of any one of line would might have helped to find the answer and question more difficult.
