other side has to be in range ; 16>x<6
since its isosceles ∆ so two same sides ; 11 and P= 26

First statement, If MO is 11, NO can be 5 or 11 so it's hard to get the perimeter,
Second statementx if NO is longer than MN, then MN should be equal to MO, we can assume other two sides are equal but we need third side for which statement 1 is required so

Please help if it's correct approach or not.

Just a note :
Although answer is A , according to (II ) NO is not equal to 5 hence MO is equal to 5, but statement (I) says MO =11
This should not happen in actual questions.
The same side cannot yield different measurements from different statements.
hope mod. will look into this.
