The question is about cyclicity..
Statement 1 : The unit's digit of n^4 is not equal to 1
When n is odd, there are two possibilities..
a) \(1^4,3^4, 7^4 ,9^4\) all will give 1 as units digit.
b) \(5^4\) will have 5 as units digit.
So, either n is even or n is 5.
Insuff
Statement 2 : The unit's digit of n^11 is not equal to the unit's digit of n^12
Various possibilities. n can be 3, 7, 9, 2, 4 etc
Insuff
Combined
n is not 5 from statement II, and none of other odd numbers from statement I.
Thus n is even.
Sufficient.
