\(2^{x^2y}>1.......2^0=1\), so we have to answer whether \(x^2y>0\),
Here x^2 will always be non negative, so we have to check whether x=0. Also we have to check whether y>0.
(1) y>0
If x=0, no, otherwise yes.
(2) x>0
If y>0, yes, otherwise no.
Combined
x is not 0 and y>0.
Answer is yes

Else yes.
