1) a+ b > c + b
2) ab > bc

\(\frac{a}{b} > \frac{c}{b}\) can be rewritten as \(\frac{a}{b} - \frac{c}{b} > 0 \)
=> \(\frac{a-c}{b}>0\)
So we need to know whether (a-c) and b have same signs.
i) \(a+b > c+b => a > c => a-c > 0\) (But we don't know about the sign of b)
ii) \(ab > bc => ab -bc > 0 => b(a-c) > 0\) => Both b & (a-c) have same signs - Sufficient
IMO answer should be B not C.
Kindly advise.

devide by b^2 in 2nd condition....and we may get the stem....
