Combine both statements:
Being divisible by both 4 and 6 means being divisible by the LCM of 4 and 6, which is 12. Thus with the given information we can only guarantee z is divisible by 12, hence z can be 12, 24, 36 etc. This list includes options where z is div by 24 but it also includes z = 12, 36 etc. Insufficient.
