If a and b are positive integers, then is b a multiple of 6?

Statement 1:
To have a square, we need b to be a multiple of 2. A multiple of 2 isn't always a multiple of 6, so insufficient.
Statement 2:
To have a cube, we need b to be a multiple of 3. A multiple of 3 isn't always a multiple of 6, so insufficient.
Combined:
b is a multiple of 2 and 3. We can combine that info to get b is a multiple of 6. Sufficient.
