GMAT CLUB test subscription

Question

Hi Team,

I have redeemed the Gmat CLub Test Membership(PRO) today morning, but unable to access the tests.
Whenever I open the page, it says internal error, contact the administrator.

Can anyone help on this

Thanks bb , it is working now.
but, I redeemed the PRO Tests Pack for 2 weeks, but in my dashboard it says No Full Length Tests, is that the case with the PRO version?

it should be working correctly but let me check. Something seems off with automated rewards at the moment.

Hi  bb ,
I redeemed the GMAT pro subscription for two weeks few days back. Now, I have given 2 Verbal test, 2 Full tests and 11 Quants but the portal shows 0 attempts left for Verbal and Full tests, 3 attempts left for Quants and 1 attempt left for IR.

Please assist. I have my test next week which is why took this subscription and because of this technical glitch, I am unable to attempt any more tests

It is not a technical glitch. It is that you have taken many tests and exhausted the question pool. When you take a lot of tests and questions, tests have a tendency to run out. You have put a big dent into them

I do see that one test is "in progress" Not sure if you are taking that one but if not, you can continue it or terminate it. If you terminate it, it will release the questions and you may be able to take another test

At this point you can reset the question bank/pool but that will mark all questions as unattempted and you will see repeats. Note that if you get a new subscription/access, it does not reset your old tests. You can do it and get all the new ones but if you had access before, the system picks it back up right where you ended. lots-of-tests.png

1. In your console, it is showing that I have one unfinished full test(which should be the case coz I got logged out of the test yesterday) so I had to restart the test. Before restarting, the console displayed 2 attempts left.

2. I have taken only 2 out of 4 verbal Test and around 11 Quants. Why did they get affected?

A full test contains quant and verbal tests. If you take a full test it uses up a verbal one too.

My console isn't showing the unfinished test.

Go to the analytics tab. You will all the tests you have taken there and also a stop and start buttons on a test.

Good luck!

PS. The tests can be sensitive and the bit shaky when you are on the very last test because the system is trying really hard to scrounge enough questions for you… one question can make a difference of a test and it may refuse to run if you are short 😬
