I apologise there seems to be an email with link to support staff reply which got marked spam and I didn’t see.
However, I got an email from gmatclub on 11th March saying plan has expired and I have 30 days left to renew that’s the reason I didn’t act so fast. I had some work to attend to and I was planning to renewing post that.

One more question I would like a little bit of clarity on is, Why did my plan expire? It was under pause so I don’t understand how can a paused plan expire? Can you share some light on this

This is a big of a complex item and takes a bit of an explanation. I see you contacted the support team on March 8th and they replied you that you had 7 days to extend but it seems that time has expired now.
I have gone ahead and upgraded your Pro access from the Scavenger hunt to Elite level and you should have 2 weeks of that access so you can extend any time during the next 3 weeks. If you need more time to extend, let me know. You can ping the support.
P.S. Let me know if I missed anything in my reply. I did not see any tickets from you after March 8th in support system.
