I just got back from the exam and I am thrilled with my unofficial score (770 total, 50Q, 45V). So thrilled, in fact, that I am panicking. Is this my final score? Could a low AWA ruin it? Thanks!
From what I've gathered, yes, I've never heard of the results you're handed on your way out of the exam changing. Unless, of course, you're a bad boy, in which case your official score report will be an envelope filled with coal.

The AWA's take up to 20 days later, but I finally got my AWA score today, which was a 5.5. I first took the exam back the saturday before last saturday (Nov 19)

Yeah it only took 5 days for me to get the e-mail with a link to my official score including the AWA, I was pretty surprised it was that fast.
