Just wanted to get your opinion on Columbia's "pleasantly surprised" question - I've seen numerous videos out there which stress the personal focus of this essay. However, is it acceptable to write about an incident that happened at work, but has nothing to do with work (say, a "fun" thing you did at work), that reveals things about your personality? 250 words is not nearly enough...
