I applied for the PGP on 15th. When I downloaded the form from the site, it is showing I applied in EEO.
ISB isn't replying to my mails nor is answering the phone. Is there a reason to worry?

No need to worry but you should follow up with ISB to ensure that this is rectified. As the deadline was yesterday, they would have received a large number of phone calls/queries from applicants who missed the deadline/could not complete payment/missed something in their applications. Therefore try to contact them again.
