I have 7 weeks before my last attempt of a score 670 / 700. How can I best use my time?
Short summary:
I began my journey in May with the
MGMAT full course workshop. For the past month I have been scoring in the exact same range of 590
Official Tests
8-20-10 - GMAT I (Q42, V30) - 590
10-23-10- GMAT II (Q39, V31) - 580
Here is a link to a broader brief of what I have done:
gmat-i-590-42q-30v-where-do-i-go-from-here-100184.html I am hitting a wall and not sure which direction to go. I have been pounding SC and CR (I can't seem to grasp the 600-700 question) and my score has not improved at all. My study methods may not be correct.
What is the best way to plan out these 7 weeks? I have been through all the
MGMAT books and continue to use them as reference. I have done all
MGMAT CATs and 1 GmatPREP test (saving the other). I use an
error log as well
How should I spread out testing over these 7 weeks vs random problem solving? I will be purchasing the
GMATClub tests but I don't think my skills are up to par yet to tackle them.
I work 8am - 7pm and have been squeezing in 2 hours after work each night with majority of studying on the weekends. All my family is telling me not to expect an 80pt increase in score but I am determined to prove them wrong (plus I'd like to reach B-school !)
Any suggestions would be very helpful
Thanks guys!
