Have you tried using the GMATclub tests and flashcards? If you have not purchases them they are definitely worth the cost. I think they were instrumental in helping me to achieve my quant score.
Did you look through the OG12 or did you actually do all the questions? There is a difference. I think the mistake that many people make is overlooking the easy questions to move straight to the difficult ones. Those questions between the 200-600 level are critical to scoring high in the quant. Realistically you will only see about 5-6 700+ level questions on the GMAT so those lower level questions are definitely important. If you have not done them, I suggest that you go back and do them in conjunction with the MGMAT guides. I find that when timing is an issue it's often because we haven't truly solidified the fundamentals. At least that was my issue.
