Dear Friends..
I took GMAT yesterday and experience was horrible.

After AWA ,I took break and when proctor came to login the system, login failed. Test center called GMAT technical helpline but clock already started clicking and by the time they fixed the issue 8 mins from my 75 min was gone

. Proctor told me that they are working on giving me extra time but till at the end of Quant I did not get extra time and I completed 37 question somehow in 67 min.
In second break before Verbal I asked the proctor whats going and how can my score be authentic when i was given full time of 75min. The only reply she gave me is
"do what best you can ..at this moment we are trying to fix the issue and have no answer to your question".
Now to add more drama, the system hanged once again before starting Verbal and same story repeated..center called helpline and by the time I started Verbal 7 mins gone from my 75 min. Then I called proctor and told that I cannot complete the test in less than 75 min--she just said the same thing again
--]"do what best you can ..at this moment we are trying to fix the issue and have no answer to your question". ..
I was totally confused what to do..remember these 8 min in Q and 7 min in V were just a recorded time, in between my 2-3 conversations with proctor accounted for another 5 min of loss.
Ultimately I completed Verbal in 65 min with guess work and got score of 560 (Q45 V22)..after completing the test proctor me 1-800 number of PearsonVUE...and ask me to call them on Monday...I don’t know what they are going to do...this test certainly needs to be void..let’s see..
Seniors--do have any idea what will happen to my test. Will GMAC void the test (they should...bcos this test score does not show real thing..i lost application chance to one of my favorite college this season as last of this university is 30 Sept)
I also want to mention to my friends here that I found some changes in test pattern...
In Quant--
Got Data Interpretation question--Graph reading (may be experiment question)
In Verbal--
RC were big and got two RCs with 5 questions..(just imagine my situation that I got 10min less for verbal)
SC--mainly on meaning of sentence...no question on easy 2:3 split on Sub-Verb or agreement or idioms etc..
CR-no major change
So friends prepare RC and SC more for your future test.
Thanks
