Hi finally got 710 in gmat (Q50, V34). My earlier scores were 660 (Q49, V34 -1st attempt), 650 (Q50, V27), 690 (Q50, V31 - 3rd).
I would like to thank all fellow members, moderators of gmatclub & founder BB. I think I could never ever have achieved w/o gmatclub what I had done. I owe a great deal to gmatclub & fellow gmat clubbers.
Caution : Before you start reading this debrief plz note my post is not for all who can score 720 or more any moment. This may be waste of time!
1. Read loads of books or what interests you (more than 1000 pages - see BB's post for more details)
2. Error log is very important (see BB's post for more details)
3. SC - Manhattan SC Books & Aristotle SC Books 3rd edition (sufficient).
Other SC practice materials -

GMATPREP SC OA RON MGMAT (this is the best help)

GMATPREP COMPREHENSIVE SC (it has 640 nos of gmat official questions - so better you start with this. But beforehands complete both the free gmat tests as you will see repeat questions and may see inflated score)
4. CR - Powerscore bible (this book really is bible of CR).
Other CR practice materials -
Comprehensive CR by Shouvik (huge collection of original GMAT CR questions and try after taking 2 free gmattests.)
CR-700-to-800-level-practice-questions (this for all who are trying to score more than 700 or good at CR)
5. RC - Aristotle RC bible ( it has 60 passages with explanation)
Other RC practise material
RC PRACTICE SET 1 ARISTOTLE (99 passages)
6. Math - GMAT Club Math Book, Manhattan Advanced GMAT Quant & 8 manhattan guides, gmatclub tests (all these documents are must & enough)
Also Manhattan full tests & Veritas full tests have good collection of quants, manhattan being slightly tougher than varitas in quants. But both are equally good.
Oh finally, search in Google - Bunuel & gmatclub and you will land up in heaven...
7. Tests - Manhattan, GMAT original Free Tests, 2 nos extra tests you must buy, veriats tests ( 14 test and you are ready for exam).
GMAT Tests will give your tentative scores and once you achieve 20/30 points higher (plz remember my post is not for all who can score 720 any moment) than your target gmat score you can crack gmat right away.
8. Believe what GMAT experts says from beginning. They are in business from long and know better than you. I mean plz read 1000 pages, have error log, make a strategy and stick to it during exams, fine tune the strategy if required. This is the biggest mistake I made in first 2 attempts. I never thought error log & reading books could be this important. This is very very important!
9. Preserve your energy for Verbal. We can score 2/3 points better if you have better mental condition. Give 4/5 full 4 hours tests.
10. Search different verbal forums and give your answers with full explanations. This is very important. It will make you think why you are choosing one option over another and later you will learn from mistakes, if any! This suggestion I have received from someone (i don't remember his name) who score more than V42.
Also see best Debrief collections and make your strategy and stick to that.
Finally, I don't say I will never take GMAT. Lets c how my MBA application goes this year and you can never predict what will happen in life.
After reading few more Tolstoy, Kafka, Camus, Hemingway books (and I am a non-native whose medium of study till 12 was not English & I have started liking English all coz of GMAT...funny...but thx GMATCLUB & GMAT once again) I may feel lets try V40...god knows...

700+ is not important but the important is you have tried 4 times ! nice to see your determination , patience . i believe , what we gain is not important for the future but how you obtain is most important and this defines what you are .
