Verbal is going to be my Achilles's heel - planning to do a 30:70 split.
That's an excellent GMATPrep score. Keep in mind though, that your quant and verbal scores are very similar (in percentile terms, high 80s).

That's an interesting point Ajitesh, thanks. Didn't think of it that way.

Hey guys,

Update on the progress:

Veritas 1 (1st May) - 640 (Q46, V32) - Wasn't able to finish quant (7 questions were unanswered - questions were tougher than the official tests - need to work on my quant speed. Verbal - not sure if all the questions were of high quality. Still, struggling with RC. Plan to include more daily reading in my schedule.)

Veritas 2 (7th May) - 680 (Q50, V34) - Again, couldn't finish quant :( (3 unanswered - surprised to see Q50 - should have been lesser IMO. Verbal - rigorous practice with SC and basic grammar concepts are paying off. Still struggling with RC)

Veritas 3 (8th May) - 710 (Q51, V37) - Finally, finished quant - in the last second though. Verbal - More confident now with RC passages, still a long way to go. Veritas team needs to work on their Verbal section though. Felt a lot of questions were ambiguous with suspect answers. Very different from official questions.

Some might say I'm taking way too many tests. Maybe. However, now feel more in tune with the format of the tests and the constant time pressure.

770 still a long way to go!
