Hi Everyone,
I need urgent help/ advice about one thing.
I scheduled my GMAT for today i.e. 30th April 2019. But I woke with an extremely upset stomach and hence I was not in a condition to sit through the entire 3 hours exam. I called the pearson people this morning and I asked them for a reschedule for either tomorrow or day after, primarily within this week. I need to have the score by the end of this week. They told me that same day exam rescheduling is not possible because of policy and THEY ADVISED ME TO NOT GO FOR THE EXAM AND WAIT FOR A NO SHOW. THEY ALSO MENTIONED THAT AFTER 24 HOURS WHEN MY NO SHOW IS UPDATED ON MY ACCOUNT, I WILL BE ABLE TO MAKE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT WITHIN THIS WEEK.
Now, the problem is, the NO show has been updated but when I am trying to book another appointment, the system does not allow me to book another date within 16 days! The person people are not working, I cannot call them. I sent them an email but I don't know by when will they respond.
BUT I NEED A SCORE BY THE END OF THIS WEEK.
I am extremely tensed and worried, and I may sound desperate, but I urgently need help on this.
Has anyone ever face this kind of issue? What is the probable solution?
Please help!

No show will be updated only after 24hours of your exam scheduled time. So wait for some more hours and check.

As per the Gmat handbook -
''If you miss your appointment, you may schedule a new exam without waiting a full 16 days, but you must schedule by phone and pay the full registration fee.''
So, call them and schedule your test date.
