Hi,
My name is Aashish. I have taken the GMAT Online Test yesterday at 9am IST. After few minutes, like after attempting 16 questions there was a system failure and I couldn't connect to the proctor again and my exam was left like that, at that stage. And when I checked the status in my GMAC Account now it is showing that the status as "Technical Error". Yesterday itself I have written mails to GMAC and Examity regarding this and Examity replied back saying that "I need to contact GMAC for rescheduling my test." but till now GMAC didn't replied back.
I have mailed to GMAC Customer Care and Examity yesterday at 1 PM in the Noon. Can anyone suggest me what do I need to do and how to proceed from here.
