Hi balthazar98.

I think your move is to recover, keep strengthening some weaker GMAT areas, take another practice test or two to confirm that you're ready to achieve your target score, and retake the GMAT in a couple weeks if you are ready.

That said, just in case something other than your being sick when you took the GMAT caused your score drop, you could read this post to get some ideas regarding what else could have occurred that you may need to address to achieve your score goal.

Why Was My GMAT Score Lower Than My Practice Test Scores?

Hi balthazar98,

It certainly could not hurt to get your ESR. Regarding the date of your retake, why don't you keep studying for at least the next month or so, then take another practice test to see where you are at?
