I took the GMAT Focus for the first time yesterday after four months of studying and got a 715 with Q86 V90 DI80.
Although I recognize it's a great grade I am wondering if I should retake it because this is the lowest score I have ever gotten for data insights (I was averaging 85 on the practice tests). As soon as I finished the section I knew I had f'd up.
That being said, it's also the best grade I have ever got for quantative reasoning (my previous highest was 84).
It's quite frustrating because if I had performed as I usually do in that section my score would have been boosted significantly, but I am wondering, is it worth it retaking the test to try to improve this score?

It's the percentile that matters. 715 GFE is roughly 770 in classic, and that is strong enough. Of course, you can always retake to get that satisfaction of having tried.

That's definitely a great score and if I were in your position, I would have proceeded with the score at hand as it's a pretty strong score I would say. All the best!!
